i was in the hospital for almost a week for kidney infection. Dr.Vann (er doctor) was amazing. he listened to me and was very helpful. The nurses and staff that took care of me during my stay were very caring and attentive.
It's went down hill since my last visit. You could tell my nurse was there for the money instead of actually providing care!! I would rate it as a 1 star since I actually stayed over night!!

I have never been to a Healthcare facility where their nurses we"re so nice and kind...I just coul"dnt believe it as I was leaving the Hospital. I went there for a colonoscopy and the staff was extremely professional. I would recommend anyone that needs to be admitted to the hospital....everyone that I encountered was on their game as a top notch staff...God Bless All Of You At Gadsden Regional Medical Center...BEST WISHES.
I have always used Gadsden Regional, but this place is ridiculous. I’m trying to get transferred out of this hell hole now. They are understaffed and the staff that is here are worthless. I will absolutely NEVER come back to this facility.
Just because you don’t have a bed in the ER doesn’t mean you can’t begin running test. If my mother in law doesn’t get care soon I’ll be down there with my flu and strep. I’ll also be there calling 911 from inside the hospital for care, be it from the police or someone.
