Absolutely horrible, I know you guys are crazy busy now and probably short staffed, but come on do what you're paid for and care for your patients. Don't tell a patient oh we're short handed I got other patients to see. I already accept when we come to this hospital we're going to be there 6-7-8 hours but at least when we get seen DO YOUR JOB

Charging $108.85 for a BP and Temperature check is complete BS, I didn’t even see a doctor. I left because COVID patients had ran out of oxygen and left to sit for 2 hours without it. Having heart related symptoms and there was no sense of urgency at all.

RecommendedAttention nurses I know that it is said to not expose yourself to your patients that have Covid that much ect. I have had some good nurses and some amazing techs! However I have had some of the worst nurses thats act like they don't want to come help u because they don't want to gown up and I understand the hassle but when I see u 1 or 2 times in 12 hours thats crazy!!! Its already hard being here by yourself alone and doing everything all by yourself because you can't get any help and its hard because u have a bi pap machin... read more

Was induced and was treated terribly the entire time. Nurse told me I had to take certain medications and wouldn’t let me refuse. Was told to “cover up” while trying to breast feed and told I wasn’t trying hard enough. Wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom and forced me to use a bed pan (even though a nice nurse had let me before) Another nurse tried to keep me from bottle feeding my baby and then yelled at my husband for taking a shower before baby was fed. (Even though it was my job) nasty place.

Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to.
I was recently admitted to GRMC due to COVID related complications. Even though the staff, from the ED to the COVID floor, were stretched beyond comprehension each and every one provided excellent care and had a few minutes to just chat. This was important in combating the isolation felt not being able to have visitors or even the ability/energy to walk in the hallway. Thankful for my great service today. From admitting Dept for outpatient surgery to all involved until my release Everyone so nice and caring and accommodating. Thankful for my doctor getting me worked in to get the problem taken care of. I definitely recommend this hospital
after waiting over 4 hrs with cardiac symptoms that had been diagnosed at an urgent care center and they sent me to ER I Left. If it had been a heart attack I would be dead. very poorly operated ER.

Had a wonderful experience for my annual mammogram today at GRMC Women’s Imaging Center! It was super convenient, I was out in less than 30 minutes! Leanna was amazing! She was so kind and informative! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!
