Listen up all you folks out there that are suffering from cancer. The people there are sweet and loving folks that are doin the best they can i believe, with the for the most part outdated equipment. I've always been treated with kindness and respect. But the MRI machine is at least 15 yrs old at the cancer department. If you've got cancer or think you do, go to Huntsville's Clearview Cancer Center or Birmingham at UAB! i won't go into details of my experience with cancer, but just go to a more updated facility. Very friendly and kind, the test was done pretty quick and results sent to my Dr. Quickly
I was in the waiting room for 4 hours with my 15 month old baby who was attacked by a dog and was told he couldn't eat or drink until the DR saw him. So we sat and waited over 4 hours with a crying bloody baby who couldn't eat or drink and it was a horrible experience. When we finally got taken back to a room it took another hour for them to come check on him. The Dr that saw him was very nice and handled him well but the wait and the rest of the experience was not pleasant
Right on schedule, professional nursing staff, clean waiting areas, clean room, Dr. Naughton is wonderful, prompt paperwork for dismissal. Overall it was an excellent experience.
