They're a bunch of idiots that think they know everything and you're always wrong no matter what this place is always my last resort
Good luck even getting out of the waiting room. If you do manage to get out of the waiting room, the wait in ER will be even worse. If Gadsden ever had a natural disaster such as a tornado; the injured would be out of luck. The injured would have to pray they make it to Anniston or Birmingham
One Doctor working on busy night in the emergency room is not good! Having to sit half the night and morning is ridiculous!
One of the worse ERs I have ever seen. Waiting for hours while watching a family member suffer severe pain and almost death. No help, compassion or concern from ANYONE working in the ER. Go somewhere else!
I never enter the hospital but what I saw was very encouraging and employees were helping patients to their cars and helping in anyway possible to make patients feel comfortable, loved, and secure. I would most certainly recommend Gadsden Regional Medical Center to anyone in need of excellent care.
Went in for procedure and starting having chest pains so was taken down to er very quickly in and out in an hour and half. Everyone was very nice except discharge nurse was very short when I asked questions everyone else very nice!!!!
