The er is ridiculous for wait time. When my hisband stayed for a week they were go to hime but as for er 4 hours or more wait in waiting room and it was empty a long timw before i got seen and 5 people that came in adter me left before i even when back then was there another 2+ hours waitinf to see a doctor and get something for the pain.
From the first employee to the last we came in contact with, each was sincerely and genuinely kind, helpful, friendly and professional! A big thank you!!!
Took one year old daughter there around 11pm after she screamed inconsolably for two hours. Was there for five hours in emergency room. Dr. told me to give her pedialiyte for a single bout of diarrhea she had two days earlier. He completely missed that she had a severely infected ear that needed immediate attention. When I called attention to the fact that we weren't there for diarrhea and asked if he had heard her screaming for the previous four hours, he seemed annoyed and said the nurse would be with me soon. My grand baby has been very sick this was the third visit in 3 days,we wasnt leaving without something being done this time!! They were very nice and went out of their way to help us!! Second shift is so much better than 1st and 3rd!!!
I was in the heart cuff Department literally all day yesterday with my mother I am grateful everything came out well this stuff there was awesome and was very attentive to everything we needed they are an awesome group of people and staff the doctors and everyone was very helpful dr. If I could take away stars I would! Got here at 4:45 pm wth my 15 year old having severe right abdominal pain and here we still sit at 7:20 pm, I am pissed! � there is no sense of urgency, we will get to you when we get to you, Lord I hope my kid is still alive when they decide to call her back!

The doctors and nurses where very nice to me. I had to have a knee manipulation. All 7 came and introduced themselves to me and let me know what they were going to be doing and let me know they would be in the room the whole time. And after they done all they could do to keep me from hurting so bad. Very good team.
Had chest pains. Yes they saw me in 10 mins, but it took 4 hours for the doctor to see me. Nurse was very cold and dry. So glad I wasn't dying.
