They were very good to me. Very friendly always coming in to check on me
I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the emergency room treatment to a three week stay in their hospital. They've hired some of the best staff and upper mgmt and it shows. Even their new diner menu gives you the patient such a huge choice and even extras if your super hungry. They have been both professional and personal to me and my family. Excellent physicians and new age equipment.

We are in the ER as I type this. It has been over an hour since anyone even acknowledged we were here. I can see numerous people simply standing around and hear conversations from the staff that have nothing to do with patient care. I see staff looking at phones and showing pictures. My husband is in extreme pain and would really like some relief from it. And the worse part...we have to pay for this.

Letting a bleeding pregnant women sit in the ER for hours isn't good customer service!!
I had now my 2nd back surgery and was put on the 6th floor. The whole staff was very nice and done their job professional. I had a one night stay but couldn't have ask for better service.
