1/20/2017 arrival around 7:45 pm My Mother was taken there with a broken shoulder,the head triage nurse took her vitals we told him we had her x-ray from another hospital showing it was broke and he typed in that possible swelling around shoulder area and possible injury we sit there 5 hours in the waiting room and was told one doctor working every room was full other patients called back and were staged in the hall way this hospital er isn't even worth a 1 star rating
Thomas, Chris, Eric, student nurse Tracy gave me excellent service in the intensive care unit. Their commitment to their patients should be applauded and recognized! Thank you!
I got to the er around seven didn't get to the back till eight hours later had to wipe off and clean my own bed floor never got mopped and the trash never got took out and I use to work in housekeeping this shift in the er on the brighter note Dana and the other nurse and Lori The xray tech that was there was real nice I love miss Dana she's a sweetheart...but I didn't get to leave till somewhere around 4 a.m. This morning for them to give me three shots and a norco and I was still in pain and they said nothing was wrong wit... read more
Well I checked in at 7:30 pm and did get to leave until 3:40 am!!! And when I finally did get called but they put me in a dirty room!!! Food was in there and a top to a needle! So I had a very bad experience!!!
No nursing care because they do not have adequate nursing staff. A family member has stayed with our elderly mother 24 hrs day for 5 days and everyone is busy and working but can't answer the needs of the patients for hours. Not enough staff!!!!
They said they would call from the start and every hour after that didn't hear anything til the first ddoctor came out and he said it would be one and a half hour and the other doctor would finished three hours later she came to tell me she was finished. I ask why it took so long she said she was through for a while and ask if they called and told me. No not at all and i was mad. Nurses are great. Doctors are lazy and do not care to find out whats wrong with the patient. 11 hours in ER and for the second time ( first for GRMC) I left without an answer
The staff was very rude. Sat there for an hour waiting for someone to help me. Was taken back to the room, waited for 8 hours and all they did was highly medicate me. It did relieve the pain but they did not find out the problem. Had to go back to my original doctor and they found out the problem within 5 mins! Now I owe an outrageous bill. So if you don't want to be billed an outrageous bill, do not go here . Thanks .
