There for several hours and never saw a dr!! Really bad experience!! Should have gone to Riverview!!!!!!Thank you Gadsden Regional !!!!!

Everyone was professional, helpful, and very friendly.
I am writing this review for my sister Joan Guritez she had back surgery about 4 weeks ago Dr.Ruiz done the surgery the nurses on 6 the floor were not nice to her or try to help her she's went to Gadsden Regional er 2 days ago and they treat her awful her back has staples it has been during fluid sence the surgery don't understand why the doctors don't try and help
This hospital is pretty ok! This is the hospital our grandson was born in! By being a man of African descent, I really didn't see much racism and that always good! (Notice I didn't say none) Much of the staff was nice but many of the students look at you like they were lost! However, ok experience.
Worst experience I've ever had in a hospital...had a surgery...spent night on the 6th floor and only one of the nurses even attempted to care...would call for help to the restroom and they might show up within the hour...had to tell them every time to rinse out the pee bottle because it stunk....every question that was asked was answered with an idk...seems to me that those nurses would be way more considerate and have more common sense than they did...I only stayed one night...would have been a serious issue if I had to sta... read more
They are not equipped to handle a medically fragile immunosuppressant 8 month old heat patient. You try and educate persons coming in contact with this baby and they "know it all" instead of listening to what is best for the patient. A word of advice...... Parents that have a baby with a congenital heart defect has been quite educated on the health risks associated with the baby's diagnosis. They know the "Do's and Don't's" to keep their child safe.
