They Spam Your Phone This company sends me multiple texts weekly about power and water outages as well as food trucks. I have requested to be removed from their spam list on four different occasions over the last year to no avail. If this is how they treat people who don't even rent from them, imagine how they treat their residentals.... It must be a headache dealing with these folks...
PLEASE pay attention to the negative reviews When my roommate and I toured this place we noticed how nice the amenities are and how close this place is to everything and because of this we brushed off the negative reviews like they couldn't be that serious. truth is, THEY ARE. This place is SURROUNDED by serious crime and as of recently the crime has moved to the apartment itself. happy go lucky!!! love the amenities although they can stay open later especially the gym,,, the unit itself is very spacious the floor plans might need some work but overall I'm satisfied also can use some extra lighting in the hallway right now it looks very gloomy...
