Verified Renter Slowly feeling like living here gets worse. Maintenance never comes on a timely manner. Waited almost a week to get maintenance done on my sink and dishwasher. Couldn't wash dishes or clean or out my sink especially when i have a baby and need to wash bottles for an entire week. I loved it at first but now its just starting to suck. Not to mention rent is slowly increasing.

Horrible Move-In Experience I faced significant challenges during my move-in experience with Gables. There were multiple issues, including: Non-functional locks upon move-in Significant cleanliness and odor issues in the unit (smelled like it was fumigated) A moldy shower, broken sink drain, and damaged window screens A SEVERE German cockroach infestation, which took two months to fully resolve. Verified Renter Amenities are fantastic, and the actual apartments are fantastic. The elevators are a little sketchy, we got stuck in one on our first day. The fire alarm is also known to go off what feels like once a month. Given the higher than average price of rent and high utilities, I expected better.

Verified Renter I really have no problem whatever issues are always addressed. Security personnel are friendly. The building is cleaned and nice done daily.
Verified Renter Requests and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. People at the front desk are very welcoming and polite. Parcel packaging is very beneficial when ordering packages and picking them up.

Verified Renter The apartment has been excellent, the shared approach to utilities (based on per square footage not usage) unfortunately does drive up the cost per building as no resident is incentivized to reduce usage. I hope this may be rectified but nevertheless Daisha and Brett are outstanding!

Verified Renter It was a good experience. The space was clean and comfortable, although unfurnished. However, I had concerns about the neighborhood's safety. Despite being well-lit, I still didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around alone at night. The apartment building had good safety features, such as cameras and locks on the doors. However, the rent and utilities are quite high. Overall, it's a secure building.
