Verified Renter Pretty smooth move in process! Maintenance isn’t the quickest thus far but the management team is responsive. I’m enjoying my new space thus far.
Verified Renter Have lived here for a little over 5 years and enjoy the location and access to the park nearby. But the building needs more up keep, walking outside and in the halls a lot of dog poop and pee. Also many walk their dogs without a leash, which should be enforced.
AWFUL The worst place to live. Gates are always broken, gate clickers never work, call box hardly works, mail/packages are always lost/ overflowing/ stolen, cars are always broken into, police are always here, elevators are disgusting, not enough visitor parking, parking garage is dangerous and dirty - would not recommend to anyone, nor do I ever have people over because it's embarrassing.

I've lived here for about 4 years and of course inconveniences happen here and there with gates, callboxes, ect. like most places, but overall it has been good and I don't have many complaints.

People drive recklessly with no consequence and the halls often wreaked of marijuana. Living here has not been the best experience latel... Living here has not been the best experience lately, I’ve been living here a little over 3 years and what I have seen this building become is nothing positive. Management refuses to re design the package system, so I guess we’re stuck praying out packages don’t get stolen considering oversized ones get left out along with ones that don’t make it to the few lockers. I just moved to the Gables and I absolutely love t... I just moved to the Gables and I absolutely love the experience thus far. The leasing agent Deja communicated with me every step of the way. The location is near Downtown and the experience is simply amazing…
I love my apartment but the community has been not... I love my apartment but the community has been not so great since the pandemic. Pro: great apartments with modern finishes and plenty of closet space. Cons: Lack of security, loud neighbors, and lack of cleanliness in common areas.
It's Okay... The location is great. My apartment is in good shape. I've been here since May/June. Pros: Location - right in between midtown and Buckhead Amenities Price Quiet - for the most part Cons: -Dirty Hallways -Residence DO NOT clean up after themselves -Cars are broken into if you have something in it. My car is always empty so it hasn't happened to me . -Gates have only worked properly for about a 2months (very unsafe) I have to go get my guests in order for them to be able to get in.
