Verified Renter The apartment is Perfect and building is as well since is well maintained the only issue something is management. Management always having an issue I submit a work order it takes about 2-3 days and they barely get it fixed

Verified Renter There was a little mix up upon move-in but staff was very helpful and adamant in resolving the issue. Overall, Arrive Inner Harbor is a beautiful building with a welcoming aesthetic. The concierge is very friendly and their greetings are always pleasant. The only downside is within a day or two I saw cockroaches. Idk if it was because the unit I was in was directly across from the trash room, but I’m a very neat person. So it seems to have been a direct impact of the trash area and how they just pile trash up... read more

Verified Renter Amazing apartment. Just the utilities bill is quite high due to the shared system of billing which disincentivizes personal accountability related to utility use.

Verified Renter Love it here. The people are amazing, neighbours and staff. The sky deck is our favourite place. Though we don't use the arcade games, it is good for someone with kids.
