Pathetic Management I've lived here for over a year and there's constant issues with minimal communication from management. Security gates are constantly broken. New security systems were placed in apartments and the management team had no information on how to set them up. Hallways are consistently filthy. I could go on and on. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
Great location Amazing location! But way too many issues! The building has potential! It was well built, although has cheap windows(all cracked, and you can hear the outside). Bad management, so many residents tried to help out guiding/directing the issues, so things can get done, and resolved…but they choose not to do so…if you complain they will not renew your lease, no matter how good of a tenant you’re, or how long you’ve been there. You will experience: --Garage Doors always broken --Garage is full of trash every weekend. There are wrecked cars parked in the Garage. There are cars that have been booted, sitting there for weeks --Hallways and Stair wells are dirty and sticky --Crime, gunshots and police presence. --Loud Noise at all hours of the night --They do Sprinkler checks every 2-3 months, shouldn't that be yearly? (invasion of privacy) --Nothing is upgraded, welcome to 2008.
Their auto payment system is faulty I am surprised at how I have been treated as a new resident here, especially with the rent you pay and the $500 in admin fees needed to apply. The paint in my apartment is flaking off. Despite several visits to the office over the past month, I haven't gotten any information on when it would be addressed. My bathroom door will not close. They could care LESS about their residents here! After noticing my account was way more than I’ve paid since living here, I went to the leasing office on Friday. Tahirha takes me into Trent’s office so that he can better explain the issue. After about 10 minutes of Tahirha and I trying to understand where these charges came from, Trent explains that there was a system “glitch” with my account and that I actually owe these charges. Without a doubt, the worst complex I've lived in We get crime alerts almost every other week. People get their cars broken into all the time. Management refuses to do anything of substance about the problem. The gate has been broken for ages so anyone can walk in. I am counting down the days until I can move out. I don't feel safe here.

Horrendous, dangerous-- avoid at all costs I cannot possibly recommend this complex less. The steel gate to the parking garage malfunctioned and came down on my car while I was in it, sending broken glass all over me. I very narrowly escaped serious injury, but my car was totaled. The complex denied liability and refused to pay for any repairs or help out with the process in any way despite the fact that, you know, glass was flying all over my face as a result of their malfunctioning gate. CRIME! CRIME! CRIME! I cannot tell you enough about the insane crime rate on this property. A popular radio host was held up at gunpoint and robbed in BROAD DAYLIGHT in the parking garage. The leasing office has been through so many employees its crazy! Why cant the keep anyone for longer than 6 months???
