Verified Renter Location, Location, location! Property is located in perhaps one of the best locations, which is along a public transportation route, but not on a major busy street, has a neighborhood feel and conveniently located minute if not seconds for major markets and stores.
Verified Renter Overall, the move-in process was pretty easy. The staff communicated with me very well and the day of the move went smoothly and quickly thanks to a lot of the paper work being online. The actual apartment was fine…more dirty than I would have expected or liked to just be moving in, but nothing a good cleaning won’t take care of. Overall, pretty satisfied with the experience so far.
Verified Renter Spacious apartments. Rent is really high. It’s fairly quiet. The cabinets and countertops are severely outdated. Hallways are always dirty. They only mop them once a week. I like it here. Just wish for the pricing it was upgraded.

Verified Renter I love my apartment. I feel safe there. There is quick maintenance. My issues got fixed the same day. The managers at the leasing office are really helpful.
Verified Renter Apartment quality is good. You can hear muffled voices and other sounds from neighboring apartments at times. Parking is easy and convenient. Staff is pretty responsive and came to fix my maintenance request same day. The garage door has broken a few times since move in but is fixed in around a week each time. Other residents seem fine and leave you alone.
Verified Renter Just moved recently, and overall, the maintenance and leasing office are pretty responsive and helpful. No complaints so far, and the neighborhood is great. Everything that you need is within two miles, and we’re close to the park.
Verified Renter Quiet community. Maintenance responds promptly, but our apartment has a lady bug problem!! And the security gates are always broken, so anyone can just come right in.
