We’ve just completed on our property and want to say a massive thank you to Sarah. She was thorough, professional and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Every query was answered clearly and promptly and we always felt reassured that everything was being handled with care. Her attention to detail and calm guidance made such a difference. We’re really grateful for her support on such a quick completion!
Very good at taking money from you but not good at giving you money you are owed. Won’t give straight answers even when they actually return or answer phone calls or emails. Empty promises of deadlines which never come in to fruition and very rude staff on the desk. Unprofessional in my experience with them. Would not use them again.
Rachel worked on our wills and made the entire process so easy. She explained all of the legal side in such an accessible way, was thorough but efficient throughout the process and delivered the final documents quickly. Thank you!
