Did some work at my property for OpenReach removing a telegraph pole & damaged the drive with the stability legs on the truck when using the crane. Denied any responsibility because “you don’t have video evidence of us doing it so you can’t prove it”. So be warned that you need to video any visit & any work they do just in case you find any damage after they’ve gone…..which could be useful given they leave without telling you or without you signing the job off.
