Good customer service and in general quite helpful, however they were not very forthcoming with their procedures... I sold some of my gold and they charged what I believe was their commission and smelting costs. I asked them twice how did they work out the commission,.was a fixed cost or percentage, but the avoided answering the question. I trust enough to go back if required, however I would shop around especially with so many jewellers located along that road

Traded in gold for earrings in Aug 2024 and had earrings made for Diwali. After about 7 weeks I called as I hadn't heard from them and I'd already paid a deposit, with only £8 left to pay. They had no record of my order and requested I send them a picture of my receipt. I was then told they didn't have them and would check with suppliers. I bought a pair of white gold earrings for £270. They were 18ct. Whilst appreciate they were pretty and a lovely design. The shop had lots of nice modern choices too . They were a bit on the expensive side. Anyway last week as I was taking them out they snapped. I have photos, I wish I could upload on here. It's really disappointing to write this review because I loved the shop and choices. But the product is poor quality.
