GJ Smith roofing responded well to my initial enquiry regarding help with Velux windows. Alex called in on 25th November and he was friendly, professional and capable. A very nice chap to deal with. Alex quickly sorted out our issue and reconnected the remote control with the windows so they started working again. A relief. On addition, as it was a relatively quick job, there was no charge. We discovered a leaking rooflight at our home caused by a poor product originally fitted by the builder. G J Smith Roofing were the only Velux-approved contractor who promptly responded and arranged a survey. From start to finish, their service was exceptional — professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Every challenge was handled with real skill. Thank you to the whole team — office, management, and on-site. Highly recommended.
This van took the last mother and child space in Morrisons, two grown men got out of the van. I confronted them and said they don’t have any children and could they move as I had a newborn in the car and they turned round looked at me, smirked and carried on walking into the shop. Not the kind of company I would recommend to anyone with this attitude.
