The best instructors!! I’ve completed the 6 week course a couple of times now as I work away (otherwise I’d be here full time) I can always count on the course to make me feel familiar and confident in the gym again. Thankyou FX!

The reason I joined FX was seeing a colleague transform herself before my eyes. I was so impressed by her results I decided to take the leap myself. I’ve not been one for the gym in my 40+ previous years however, I joined FX gym in August 2023 and I’ve enjoyed every single aspect the gym has to offer. In terms of price breakdown, you get approx 8 semi private classes and 12 group classes, so 20 coached classes - for just over £8 a class, which is a bargain - a total cost of £167 a month. I would recommend this gym to anyone, Josh has been my main PT instructor and he has been brilliant. I have a back problem and he always helped me and found alternative strength exercises to suit my needs. I have lost 3kg and feel so much stronger and more confident. Definitely worth joining.
