Very disappointing experience overall. The music is EXTREMELY loud. The gym regularly feels far too hot, to the point where workouts become uncomfortable and difficult to finish. When I tried to cancel my membership because the heat makes the gym an unsuitable place to train, I was refused, even though it was the start of the month and the facilities weren’t usable due to these ongoing issues. Cheap gym, but you really do get what you pay for. The place often has an unpleasant smell and the heat can be unbearable, which makes it hard to complete a proper workout. There’s air conditioning on the wall, but it doesn’t seem to be on most of the time. To make things worse, there’s never anyone around to ask about it—just a phone number left at the desk. Overall, not a great experience.

Have been a member since it opened. Probably my longest gym membership. Really nice staff, great classes and a good range of equipment. Only 2 minor complaints: 1) music way too loud, I wear ear phones, but sometimes I can barely hear my music through earphones because of the gym music is so loud. 2) need more boxing bags!!
