Historically, I wouldn't have dared to step foot in a gym for fear of being brushed aside by some muscle-bound individual. Times have changed and the emergence of places like Fuse Collective are changing the (mis) perception of gyms. Welcoming, encouraging and staffed by a great team. Attending is hard work, it does require commitment but if you are paying then you should already be motivated. Give it a try? If it's not for you then nothing lost but the potential gains are huge.

I joined this gym about 5 weeks ago and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coaches are really friendly, supportive, and keep you motivated every step of the way. They offer small group training sessions which really works for me. They also check in weekly, keep in regular contact, and help track your diet, which really keeps you motivated to hit the targets set. Jack and the rest of the team at Fuse are brilliant. I would highly recommend. It’s good fun, a nice atmosphere and they push you hard. I never envisaged enjoying the gym as much as I do at Fuse.

I have been a member of Fuse for four years and have recently added small group PT. I Have seen my confidence and strength grow dramatically in such a short time, to the point that people are pointing out how much stronger I am in the bigger group classes.
