As long as you don't take responsibility for the way you treat your employees, you're going to keep getting 1 star reviews. No amount of paid 5-star reviews will be able to keep up. We've had enough of liberal business owners using queer and trans employees without having their backs when it matters.
I've thoroughly read and heard all sides of the situation and incidents that led to the firing of an employee and the black balling of a customer. This is truly a shame. I actually really liked your coffee. Here's why FCL, you're getting 1 star You are a small business- are you too busy to see that there was an ongoing issue with this negatively aggressive customer?
