Function coffee labs truly cares about coffee, customers, and their barista. They always QC their coffee and adjust recipes based on the taste. My favorite coffee shop in Philly.

I am so disappointed to hear of your lack of genuine concern for an employee's safety regardless of what your personal views are. You have a service oriented business with tons of social interactions happening every day. If an employee comes to you with concerns, it is your JOB to make sure those concerns are met with dignity, concern from you and compassion.
