Don't buy from Fun Town, they will lie to you to get you to buy a trailer, we bought a 5th wheel travel trailer , Columbus Compass. We already owned an older unit and were looking for one that the air conditioner would work in the summer time, Our salesman told us it was one of the best a/c units available, he sold the same trailer to his mom and wouldn't sell her anything that was bad. Funtown is horrible company! DO NOT SHOP HERE. On July 2, 2020 I purchased a Forest River 2020 XLR Hyperlite **** for $43,398. They sold me a brand new BROKEN **. They lie about maintenance repairs and assistance. They offer zero customer support from the management. They lie or hide the owners contact information or anyone who can assist. Funtown RV made our 2nd ************** buying experience a very excellent one! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM FUN TOWN in cleburne. I’m writing this review as a warning to all potential costumers of this corporation. I’m trying my hardest to get in touch with the owner or corporate. They kept telling you lies. They will take your money for a deposit but it is taking forever to get your RV even when the bank already approved you and all the paper work has been done and signed. I purchased a 38’ 2020 cardinal luxury FLK. Fun town - Shipped the unit full of water in holding tank (February). Water freezes busts the underbelly. Water broke filter housing. Water broke various hose connectors. Unit was to ship dry according to my directions. Never should have been sent with 45gallons of water in February. Countless scratches in wood trim. Worse service department EVER. Parts people, (Crystal, Kendra absolutely awesome.) Kayla in service in powered herself to talk with the service mgr and Kayla referred his info to us. Suggesting we purchase another faucet and check with our extended warranty dept to see if they will reimburse us. Chas A**** supervisor in service want to be, SHOULD BE FIRED., the worse of the worse. He should have been the one contacting the service mgr on any suggestions to help with our situation. Our saleswoman Morgan did a great job! Tech dept did a great job getting us set up and JP was fabulously as well! I gave four stars because the young lady that went over our features and was there to answer questions was not very good and needs more training. We asked about leveling, she told us you can’t level the camper…whut? When it came time to show us the furnace she did not explain that the switch had to be on for the auto pilot to light and many other things she missed. Thank God for You tube!
Buyer Beware! Mineola is the worst dealer I have dealt with. Finance manager will lie to you in a heart beat. Read reviews first. We wish we had.

We purchased our second RV from the Cleburne location March 2021. We were trading in our current RV which we live in because my husband works on the road. We wanted to wait till after Easter to bring ours in and pick up the new RV. So there was a three week time frame between time of purchase and when we were able to do the switch. There was one repair that needed to be made to the new unit in those three weeks. My husband only has Sundays off so we scheduled to pick it up today at 9:00 am.
