We bought a brand new **************** February 2023. We have had nothing but H*** with Fun Town trying to get our stuff fixed. We finally got it in for servicing SIX MONTHS LATER, they hardly fixed anything that we needed and it came back MORE messed up than it was when we took it to them. They **** at answering their phones. And dont fall for the ** extended warranty because the sales person will lie to your faces. They do well at contacting you before you purchase an **. I have emailed 3 times in the last week about issues with a 2023 forest River. No response from anyone. Its 105 outside and 89in the ** ac has been running nonstop for 4 days. They installed a WDH without hooking up the vehicle and you cant drive over 50 because it bounces so much, not happy with their lack of concern after the sale is complete.

After purchasing our 2022 Landmark Chesapeake in June of 2022, we have had nothing but issues and a total lack of service/communication from Fun Town. We explained to them that we live out of our camper for work and needed it as soon as possible. We were told that they had to keep it for a week to do inspections for quality, which was never done. Nothing but problems since getting home with a brand new RV 2 hours after purchasing. **************** is the worst ever. They only care about the sell. Still having problems from almost after a year after purchase. Nothing but lies and no fixes. Spoke with warranty in ******* and she confirmed the lies. Even the *** ***********************, gives the run around and doesnt follow through. We received a lemon and have requested a buy back. He doesnt follow through or return my phone calls.

If I could give no stars I would. Their service department is horrible. They want to fix your rv without getting permission, no itemized needs of service, tell you that you need parts that dont exist for your rv, etc

My girlfriend and I bought a brand new Forest River RPOD 202. March 2022. Had it less than 6 months, got a recall notice in the mail. Took it in, no one EVER called back. They then said after an inspection, the slide needed a part and they ordered it, would let me know when it was ready. I finally asked to pick it up cause they had it a month, had a trip planned and they could call me when the part came in. They finally called April 2023 to bring it in, April 11, 2023. If we could give a zero star review we would. We bought a Wolf Pup camper by Forest River in June, 2023 at Fun Town Rv, *************************************************************. We have had nothing but problems with this camper. The walls have separated, the floor has pulled up, the trim has popped off in numerous places, the lettering on the outside has started peeling off and the doors are VERY un-level. This dealership has been by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had. From selling the original camper before we got there to their stupid calls from 10 different people. Then the camper had major issues from the roof leaking so bad it was literally raining inside the camper to both AC's going out the very first time we took it on a trip.
