We purchased our trailer in 2021 brand new and on the first trip out slide broke and left us stranded. We had to figure out how to get it home and once we did that is where the nightmare begins. We purchased the warranty that will send someone to our house where we store it and that apparently was not true. After weeks of back and forth with fun town and the manufacturer we came to a agreement and took it in for repair. We bought a new travel trailer in February, took it on our first trip in May. One of the slides broke down and wouldn't go out. We spent 8 days unable to open the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. When we got back, we took it to Fun Town RV in *******, **. they gave ** the impression they would get on it quickly. After 3 weeks my wife called to find out the status of our trailer. Bought a new trailer in June. It had one warranty item (Ceiling defect repair) to be fixed as part of the purchase. It has been three months and it's still in the shop to be repaired. ***** arrived last week 9/6 (3 months later) and was informed today 9/14 that it will be another three weeks before they MIGHT be able to get it in a bay to work on it. I cannot explain on the intenet how HAPPY WE ARE with the staff at the ****, ******** Dealership. My Wife and I just purchased another travel trailer at this location and the ***** is awesome. They go above and beyond to retain their Customers all the all the way from sales to service and after the sale. GREAT JOB !

Twice weve bought different RVs from the ******* location. Both different salespeople have went out of their way to give us an excellent buying experience. Very detailed on RV walkthroughs. *********** finance was awesome. His ducks were in a row. Service always had an answer with questions we had about a particular issue. Were definitely Happy Campers! ****************

If I could give them a zero, I would, Was looking at a camper online. Was a very good. Good enough that I was going to have it shippped from ***** to **. All ready with ************** and good to go. Now we are confirming that the camper had the full body paint. Next thing is "oh, we have the wrong exterior photo on that one. Full Body paint is at least $10,000 more" Shady c*** going on in *****. I thought NY was bad. These guys take the cake.
I bought my trailer in January from the Denton location, my AC in the bedroom started tripping the breaker and they don't seem to want to fix it. I have to pay a mobile mechanic service call fee which I won't be reimbursed for or contact my extended warranty people. Oh and good luck getting them to call you back regarding issues. Horrible sales service

We went to Denton Fun Town. Visited with ****** about purchasing a different RV. Asked ****** if we needed to bring in our trade he said no. We found one we liked. We contacted our financial institution. We were approved except we needed a NADA ***** sheet. *** the finance guy at Fun Town said he couldnt find one. So we went and found one. We all agreed on the price. The information was sent to our credit union. Papers were filled out and we signed them on line.
