I've received the run around ever since I brought the cash on the 16th of November. For 4 weeks I had to constantly call to be let known of anything. In the beginning, I didn't hear anything but that I needed a co signer in which I immediately called and got the information over to them. I gave the cash and I left that day. I purchased a travel trailer brand new at the end of 2020. In August, I looked under the trailer and realized there was rust throughout the entire underside. I have never used the trailer on salted roads or near the coast. Everything I have read online says most dealerships do not wash the underside of the trailer off prior to selling their units and all units are manufactured up north. They took possession of my RV and took it down toll roads a month after I traded it in. Leaving me to foot the bills telling me it was the fault of the transport company. They hired. Lied constantly about paying the **** as I kept getting notices. They do not care if they ruin your credit trust me on this. The only Fun in Fun Town Is the fun they have taking advantage of their customers

Never use this business. We were rushed through our inspection and missed a few items that were broken. We took the 5th wheel to the service location for warranty repairs in June. It is now December 6 and nothing has been completed. We get no true answers of when it will get completed. I recommend no one use fun town rv.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing our brand new 2021 cruiser ****bl for 80 grand by the end of it. We added a camper concierge for god knows how much so that we wouldnt have to worry about having to take it in. When we did the walk through I noticed a hinge on a closet door in the bunk room that the screws were ripped out I showed the lady she assured me that it will be repaired and check throughly before delivery that day. We purchased a trailer from Funtown RV, ********, last year. (2020). We had a good experience with them.The problem came one year later dealing with the service department and trying to get the warranty work done, which all the work we are having done is under warranty. We took our trailer in (by appointment) and was told we would hear back from them with all the details. We heard absolutely nothing for 3 1/2 weeks. Lousy sales service. Won't return phone calls or deposit. We had tried the Cleburne store and was left frustrated with sales team. We had a recommendation for the Rockwall location, but they seem to all have the same training.

We purchased a new RV in July. Our leveling jacks were messed up and they told us they would replace them for us. I have been calling for weeks and NO ONE wants to return my phone call to let us know if the part is in. I have even reached out to our salesman and her returns to email me back. They sure were fast to call us to make a sale, but to fix something has been another story. Very disappointed with the whole process and would never recommend them to anyone.

I HATE TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW after Leaving a 5 star on ****, but we have not used the camper yet but the table is so wobbly you could not eat on it, the legs and brackets are poorly made. When I wrote and asked if there was something I could do They said wrap cardboard around the tapered ends. Not exactly a High text solution
