I don't know how with so many complaints for lying to customers and so many complaints on how AWFUL their service department is that this company could have an A+ rating! They lied to us from the get go and treated us so nice until it was sold and then there were no holds barred....it's ridiculous. The only way I could get them to do anything was to call the Heartland ** corporate office and threaten to slap a lawsuit on them for lying and not doing what they have been supposed to do. Thought I was purchasing a brand new ***********-th. They forced/coerced me into taking a subpar not fully functional one with endless promises. Now the ** is no longer the ** and I can't get anyone to help nor has anyone updated me with delivery of all the missing parts. The water heater has never worked with multiple leaks around it which seem to be shorting out the electrical parts. I feel very unsafe and no one seems care now that they've made their cash. Not a good dealership at all. It all started when we purchased ****** mid September. We had done the inspection and walk through the awning brake did not work which they said they'd made a work order for it and the awning motor cover. About a week after getting the rv and us having it out my wife had noticed water on the floor that was coming from under the sink area of course I found one of the fittings on the water line was leaking so I tightend it down but it already did its damage to the cabinet and floor there. when we bought trailer, they said 2 years limited warranty and more.so we just want to check up wheel and leaking water from top.they call me only 1 year warranty and if I want check my trailer I have to pay 270 first and they are gonna start service.I understand to pay for repairing. but It didn't make sense for 270 pay first.don't buy this dealer shop!!!

BEWARE OF THIS RV Dealership!! We traveled 3 hours from home to purchase from them. They are wonderful and friendly during the purchase process but a complete FAILURE with anything after you purchase. We purchased a $80000 5th wheel from them and found several things during inspection that they were supposed to fix before leaving the dealership (on us for trusting that they would and not checking before we left), they fixed absolutely NOTHING. We recently purchased a used rv from them. When we were looking, we found one that we liked and began communicating with them via email. When we decided to proceed for for the purchase of the rv I had several phone calls with sale managers. The second manager gave me information which was a detailed inspection of what the used rvs go through before they put them up for sale. That's impressive. Purchased a brand new Fifth Wheel in January 2022 and it has been nothing but problems since. First I want to say that our Salesperson was the only reason we purchased; *****. . You can buy any RV sales is good there but the service department and the warranty is not good they tell you what you want to hear but they wont do anything they always say call warranty file a claim you can call them but nobody will answer the phone you can email them and they MIGHT GET BACK TO YOU ITS ANOTHER WAY FOR THEM TO SAY DONT BUG ME we are not interested in your problems with your rv they ****
