Purchased a camper in December. First trip out (that same week) the refrigerator stopped working (was blowing fuses) and the microwave was broken. I promptly made an appointment to take it in for repair. The refrigerator was repaired (a short in the wiring behind the panel) and a replacement microwave was ordered. I was told it could take 8 weeks for the replacement to get in. I was told I would be updated on the status, however, I have always been the one to call for any information. I’m writing this review as a warning to all potential costumers of this corporation. I’m trying my hardest to get in touch with the owner or corporate. My husband put a deposit on a camper on Feb 4th, THEY SOLD IT. Didn’t contact him and tell him anything. We contacted them when we didn’t hear back. They told us that a new one would be there that following Monday. STILL NOTHING. They have constantly given us the run around about when the camper was coming. I am a nurse and working in California, I needed an RV delivered to San Rafael. All went well when purchasing and promising to deliver our RV. I was told by the Sales Person that we could have our RV purchased and delivered by a specific time due to my husband flying to Cali from Texas to help me set up the RV. I purchased a 2019 Sanibel ******in November of 2019. The experience was terrible. I was quoted one interest rate, then told them that I would go through my personal bank for the lower rate. They immediately countered with a lower apr. I asked why I wasn't offered that to begin with. blown off. Buying the hitch was a nightmare, I was going to pay for it instead of financing it with the RV so they quoted me a much higher price than what their website advertised the hitch for. I am from out of state and I purchased a 2021 East to West Della Terra 292mk from the Cleburne location the online transaction was easy and financing went well. Brent and Kevin were great a few emails and phone calls and I set up a date to pickup my new trailer. So I read most of the feed back from customers before going to Fun Town RV and I am happy with my buying experience. Joel

I am highly unsatisfied with my purchase and customer service regarding maintenance and repairs. We got our RV just a few months ago, and it needed a couple minor adjustments from the day we bought it. I was able to finally get those about 80% complete. I scheduled the appointment to complete the remaining repairs, as well as add a couple minor things and one major thing, which has rendered our RV almost inoperable. My service appointment was rescheduled twice, with the latest information that I had no scheduled service date... read more

Worst experience ever bought my camper October 2019 took it out the first time and I kept blowing a fuse on the slide outs Took it to the shop they had it for 45 days got it back took it out the second time none of my GFI plugs worked my fireplace didn’t work took it back to the shop and that’s where it’s been still waiting on parts bad company if I had to do all over I’d go somewhere else I’ve had a brand new camper out twice paid insurance premiums all year and they can’t make it right

So disappointed in this company. Drove 6+ hours to look at a camper and we were told they didn't have any of the ones we really wanted coming in. All of sudden the one we really wanted showed up right after we were up there. We put a deposit on one and later the one we had kept asking about showed up online as available and "Last One Available".
