Compre un RV 2022 y vino con 3 llantas de diferentes marca, llame para reclamar y quieren remplazar 2 de 3 llantas adems el servicio de comunicacin es mediocre , ya que no se comunican ni por telfono , ni va emails, llamo frecuentemente y los empleados y el mismo gerente siempre estn con otro cliente y no te tiende. Luego de 2 meses esperar por las llantas apenas pusieron la order y se tardan 3 semanas ms . This place is a rip off. Out of the 8 grand I gave them as a down payment only 2 grand went towards the principal on a used trailer in which the ** doesnt even work anymore and it started leaking water from the underbelly. This thing wasnt even given the option on repairs except for a thousand dollar mandatory paint protection. I shouldve told them I wasnt interested anymore the minute I heard I wasnt approved and got mocked by the second salesperson. I completely regret purchasing a trailer from here.

My experience with Fun Town RV let me start of by our salesperson was wonderful answered any question we had and more. Me and my boyfriend bought a BRAND NEW camper to live in around July of 2021. But soon we realize there was a lot wrong with the camper. The slide was not working properly witch cause the trim to come off and we had to close it every time it rained so it didnt leak inside the camper, the water heater wasnt working at all, and our shower was leaking. My experience at funtown rv in ****** was a stesssful one. First of all I would like to compliment **** the salesman there. He was extremely helpful worked with me and my wife very well. On the other hand their finance people and their service department need dire improvement. It took the finance people nearly two weeks to get my trailer financed. I had my own finance guy. The actual purchase process was outstanding and our salesperson, *****, was amazing. However, after 2 months and taking the ** out only 2 times, we discovered that the shower was leaking, there were spots on the ceiling after a heavy rain and one of the slides stopped extending all the way out. We purchased the extended warranty for our ** as we knew there could be issues. We called the ****************** (April 19th) and were told there were no appointments until June. This place is the worse place to purchase any **. They tell you that if you have any issues with the ** they will be able to fix it. They have you runaround and nothing gets fixed. The ** was purchased in October of ********************** June of 2021 with slides not working and not able to open or closed, there was a leak of gas in boiler, there was lights that were not working. After many years of saving, my wife and I recently purchased a brand new 2022 fifth wheel from Fun town. Not known to us, this particular unit had been involved in an incident in which the roof was somehow damaged. This damaged was repaired with some kind of tape used by the dealership. This is fine, however my wife and I were not told that that the unit we were about to purchase had been repaired with this tape. **************** is horrible. No customer service at all ! Wish we would have bought somewhere else. We have bought a lemon a pure lemon. We have been dragged through so much stress, lied to, pushed to the side. This is one of the worst experiences we have ever had. They have not one ounce of customer service in anyone there. Fun Town RV in **** ** was awesome. The process was super quick and easy with no issues. When we got there to pick up our RV it took about 2 minutes for someone to come up and ask us where we needed to be directed to and was very polite. Our salesman *************************, was also very nice and helpful. No matter the time of day he always was there to help, even after we took our new camper home. He has continued to check in and ask if everythings running smoothly!!! Thank you **************!!!
