Excellent - practical and holistic. I came as I injured my shoulder from surfing. Carolina knew exactly what was going on, what the root of it was on an emotional level and gave me some clear exercises to help not just the physical problem, but the deeper issues too. Highly recommended

Absolutely incredible. Carolina saw the nerve problem in the bottom of my foot from simply looking at me standing, without telling her anything. Within one session, I felt pain relief for the first time in a long time - I am blown away. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I can't recommend Carolina highly enough! After suffering with back pain for 10 years, I’d almost given up hope of finding real relief. In just two sessions, she has worked wonders—my pain is now manageable, if not completely gone. Her approach is so much more in-depth than any physio I’ve ever been to, working with fascia as well as muscles to get to the root of the problem rather than just treating symptoms.
