Everything! Sales people are too aggressive....don't have what you advertise....take too long to retrieve a vehicle to test drive. I'll never go there again!!!

They lie get you into a “good deal” and when the bank doesn’t officially approve you they have to make you come back to resign paper work that doesn’t include things ie.) extended warranties and gap insurance and tell you nothing changed “they just got a better price from the bank”

Finally got a V W dealer to listen to my "whistle problem" when window open. After some tests problem was fixed right. Yes I would recommend the service dept.
I bought a 2013 in August. It didnt have a manual, I asked if I could get one was told they didnt have any for my car. I was told they would mail me one within a week. it is now January am still waiting. I have called left numerous messages and no one returns my calls. now check engine light on but cant find out why without paying $125.00 for a garage to read what it could be. you took my money fast but now cant get any reponses.

I had booked a service appointment 3 weeks ago. when I got there I waited over a half hour just for them to tell me they didn't have the rental that I was told I would be getting. won't ever be using them again.
