Just bought my very first VW (after dreaming about them since before I could even drive), and had a very pleasant experience at Fuccillo! Shawn helped me out and was very patient and accommodating during the process. Thanks for my new baby!
Bought a 2013 Passat in July, which I was not able to take possession of until August when the title was received. I was then told that the brakes and rotors were new. this was a lie! Less than a month later the rear brakes and rotors were grinding. I've reached out MULTIPLE times, both in person and over the phone, and have been given the run around. I'm constantly told they have to speak to the the GM and will get back to me. They've pushed this off since September! I will be filing a formal complaint.
Good Morning, My experience at this dealership started with me calling and not getting a return phone. I'm not sure how this dealership works but a return call is always good practice. I filled out a finance application yesterday. I spoke to a gentleman (he had an accent) about my application and the vehicle. He told me it was sold. He never said if they had a different color or could get one. He then told me that it was too much money. In the same breath told me he would talk to the finance manager about a 2021. We had great service. We decided to lease our car from out of state and they made it so easy and seamless for us despite the distance. They drove and dropped off our car and followed very tight pandemic protocols in handling the paperwork transaction.
