I went in to Fuccillo VW this weekend to find out more about the lease I've had for the past three years through VW credit services. I walked out with a 2019 Jetta in the color and trim level I wanted, paying what I was paying for my previous lease. Win/Win! Kristian and his manager worked hard to ensure my purchase was exactly what I was looking for at a price I could handle, as well as getting me out of store that day with my new vehicle. BEST PLACE TO BUY & FIX YOUR VW
I’ve had to bring my car to many times that is a 2018 vehicle that had no miles on it when I got it, and I’m going to have to again to have a new headliner put in after already having it back to the shop 2x’s just to have them tell me I need a new headliner put in. The first tried saying it was just a grease spot. Not a happy camper. I’m even having problems with my rear window that was faulty the first night I got it.
Fuccillo Volkswagen in Schenectady was by far my favorite dealership around! After searching for the perfect car after graduation and visiting other places, everyone at Fuccillo was extremely helpful and understanding of my wants/needs.
