RecommendedBill and Grayson were fantastic! I was extremely frustrated by the process at other dealerships, but Fuccillo was a much better experience. I was very happy with the service department. They were very friendly and were able to diagnose a problem in my 2008 Rabbit that no one else could. Their waiting room was also very clean, comfortable and socially distanced.
Surprises await you! And not good ones... Beware of buying a car from this dealer online. As I live in Vermont and the dealer is in Schenectady, I made a deal for this car. Ultimately, I was told that they could not bring the car to Vermont, despite the fact that the website indicated that they could and would. I had to meet them halfway. Upon signing the paperwork and obtaining the keys, I was told that there is only one key and that I would have to pay if I wanted to second one. I have not had good experiences with the service department. Have had to bring my 2016 Jetta in 5 times because of oil leaks and consumption issues and an occasional whining noise. Each time I was told it was normal. After leaking so much oil that I had puddles in my drive way I took it to another shop and was told that the rear main seal was leaking and the transmission bearing was walking out. After a few unpleasant experiences at other local Volkswagen dealerships, we were overjoyed at the customer service at Fuccillo Volkswagen. Our salesman, Shawn Maxwell provided the best customer experience we have ever had. He really went out of his way to answer every question and even came in on his day off to make sure we were all set with our vehicle. I cannot stress enough how happy we are with Shawn and the team at Fuccillo Volkswagen. We love our new Tiguan and will be Fuccillo Customers from now on.
