This place is horrible and after 6 months of having my car I feel completely taken advantage of . Just got off the phone with Volkswagen of America from filing a formal complaint on this place. I really wish I never purchased a vehicle from them!

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 Volkswagen Passat here about 6 months ago. I have to say it's been great! I was really reluctant to go to a Fuccillo dealership, because of a bad experience I had about 12 or 13 years ago at Fuccillo Hyundai, when I purchased a car. But I have been very pleasantly surprised this time! It was great working with the sales girl, I can't find her on the list here, but she was great! And the staff has been very wonderful since then also! Thank you!
