Mislabeled items, was asked to take a photo and return. Then told that wasn't the correct upc. Well nothing in the area was tagged $14.99. Fry's just lost a long time customer.

Worst experience ever. I would avoid this store.
Never buy anything from this store. They don't give exchange or refund. And they accused me of trying to exchange fake product. Here is what happened: I bought Beats HD Solo headphone from the store on Feb 03, 2015. I try it and didn't like it, so went to the same store next day (Feb 04 ) to exchange with something different. The customer service person told me that the serial number in the box did not match with the number in the headphone.
