This place make best buy look good they suck so bad
Extremely frustrating experience. We come in with a printout of the sale items we plan to purchase because the items on the email sender by by Fry's are rarely available online. We have the promo code. Most employees can send us to the department, but cannot find the sale items when we show them the flier with the item numbers. Then the following wrong items are in the bin with the sales item # on the bin and we don't find out until it is entered in the register and we receive the register slip. I enjoy every visit. Big selection. Had a server built from scratch 2 years ago, and it was a great experience. I stop in sometimes just to browse. They also have a small cafe.
Fry electronics is the place to be when you need gadgets computer technology computer hardware software anything that they have that you would probably need their staff is very helpful generous and courteous and can help you with any problem that you try or need to fix this is one recommendation that I 100% backup Fry's Electronics
Bought a Samsung 65 inch curved screen TV here recently. Got it home and couldn't get the remote to work with the TV. Turned out that it was actually a problem with the TV itself. Fry's sent someone out quickly with a new TV and all is well now. Phenomenal customer service! I would definitely recommend Fry's for any major electronics purchases.
