We bought a projector and paid nearly $2000 for it. Before picking it up staff assured us that there was no restocking fee. Even showed us policy of no restocking bla bla. We decided to return the projector as we wanted something 4k and this was just ok for the price. We were charged 10 % of restocking fee. Kindly inform your staff about your hidden policy. This is my second bad experience at this particular location. My advise stay away from frys!
Very poor customer service and their stock is depleted. Never again.
The best store for electronics. They have any computer component you could want while also carrying appliances, televisions and fun toys like RC Helicopters. Make sure you have plenty of time because there is a lot to see. They alo understand the importance of checkout speed as they always have a dozen or more lanes open and an employee dedicated to moving the line quickly. The prices are usually comparable to online stores like amazon and buy.com but without the wait or shipping costs. Great, painless return process as well... read more
Worst customer service call experience. You're told by initial message that the average hold time is 6 minutes and 20-25 minutes later, you are still on hold. Called 3 times today and each time hold time was about 20-25 minutes. When I did finally speak to a CSR, was told I have to be transferred and again was put on hold. Suffice to say, after 3 calls, I still have not been able to find the status of my order that I place at the store on 6/22 (reserve purchase since TV was not in stock) to see when it will be actually deliv... read more

Waiting now 20 minutes on a price match.... still waiting. Terrible new process.
The customer service here has dropped extremely the past year or so. The last few times I went to check out they would have a whole 1 person working and don't ask for help until there are at least 10 people in line. And people working there don't know anything anymore about the department they're in. And no one wants to help--they just want the commission on the $1.69 capacitor you're buying.
