Very poor customer service and their stock is depleted. Never again.
Worst customer service call experience. You're told by initial message that the average hold time is 6 minutes and 20-25 minutes later, you are still on hold. Called 3 times today and each time hold time was about 20-25 minutes. When I did finally speak to a CSR, was told I have to be transferred and again was put on hold. Suffice to say, after 3 calls, I still have not been able to find the status of my order that I place at the store on 6/22 (reserve purchase since TV was not in stock) to see when it will be actually deliv... read more

Waiting now 20 minutes on a price match.... still waiting. Terrible new process.
The customer service here has dropped extremely the past year or so. The last few times I went to check out they would have a whole 1 person working and don't ask for help until there are at least 10 people in line. And people working there don't know anything anymore about the department they're in. And no one wants to help--they just want the commission on the $1.69 capacitor you're buying. I like the appeal of being able to go to Fry's for all my computer parts. However, it's absolutely unacceptable to have to sit on hold trying to speak with an associate for over 30 minutes before finally giving up and hoping I'm back in the area soon. Their website's search filter doesn't give me the ability to search for a specific hard drive size that I need to run Clonezilla properly and at this rate I'm better off ordering one from a competitor.
WORST EVER PURCHASE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN!!! THOSE GUYS WILL SELL YOU DEFECTIVE STUFF, NO THEY DON'T WANT TO TEST IT IN THE STORE TO PROOF THAT IT WORKS, AND THEN BALME YOU FOR BREAKING IT, AND DON'T WANT TO REPLACE IT. STAY AWAY!!! TO SAY THEY ARE CROOKS THAT WOULD BE THE UNDERSTANTEMENT OF THE YEAR
