Waited at customer service for 30+ mins!! No one ever came even after a employee called for someone. I finally left my son standing there while I went and found someone to call the manager up there. He wasn’t much help but at least he tried. My opinion there should always be someone at customer service!!! If not why even have a customer service???

Worst customer service ever! Return associate might as well not have a pulse and manager took 20 effing min to finally answer the call to approve return and never once said sorry for your wait never looked at me ....

Great selection, fair prices as well. Customer service is nonexistent!! I asked 3 different associates to check and see if they had a particular item in stock. I had the SCU#, model # and Fry’s #. All three of them game me the same answer “I’m not sure. You will have to go look for it.” I asked if they could look it up in the computer and one of the three actually looked it up, told me that they showed 3 in stock but had no idea where they were.
