The only pro about Fry's is their prices. Their merchandise pick up model is archaic. Why don't they just send carrier pigeons or smoke signals to the warehouse? My husband extensively researched then reserved an item on fry's website, we drove an hour to pick it up, brought the receipt to the register, the cashier had to walk away to find someone to go get it. We will never return to this store. We were looking at higher and cameras and the young young man helping us was rude and was rushing us to the point where we just walked out of the store did not make a purchase. We went to Best Buy in Alpharetta and bought what we needed at a lower price of $2500
Their salesmen are liars about their price match guarantee. I went into the store and the department manager told me he could match any online price. I returned to the store with an online merchant's lower price, and suddenly the manager's story changed. Furthermore, despite their giant signs throughout the store indicating that Fry's will pay the sales tax, the sales rep felt the need to tell me that "by GA statute, you have to pay the sales tax." Don't ask electronics department for advice. Rather than try to help me, they just gave me wrong, potentially dangerous information. Avoid.
