Worst customer experience ever! There is never a manager on duty and no one ever calls back! Don't get the FRY's Credit card because they sold me on 24 months interest free and my first payment I was charged 28%! Oh and no one seems to know how to fix it.
Very good place and people
I bought a Onkyo receiver on February 5. The store told me that they didn’t have any in Milton Ga. how ever they said that there are some in the Tennessee warehouse they showed me on the computer. They sent an email to have it sent to their store so I can pick it up. Tennessee is just north of Georgia. Needless to say I am still waiting for my receiver. I have called them several times to find out what is going on and they haven’t been able to tell me the location of the receiver. I am not a Happy Customer!! 😡😡
What a joke, they cancelled my order as it was due to be shipped today due to "inclement weather" where there has been zero precipitation and the roads are clear as day. Then they stated that my credit card was the issue. When asked what the issue was I was told they do not know and I would have to contact my credit card company. No worries - Thanks to the Fry's Electronics in Duluth I was able to complete my purchase with 0 issues with the credit card.

I would give less than a 1 if possible. The customer service was horrid and disrespectful. An employee, lied to my young son trying to bully us into a rushed purchase (of close to $800). The manager that was called to assist was not knowledgeable. Other employees, were helpful and sympathetic. Evidently, I was not the first to complain about this female employee. I will be contacting corporate. Also, as an educator, I would strongly discourage from patronizing this store.
router purchased was on sale at better price than u know who when walking around store as I always do when I visit, I noticed they were now selling gardening tools , wow !
Too much "junk" there - I saw mattresses for sale. Why? The place is depressing.
