Im pretty much a new customer to ********************** but now Im a lifer! The quality of jewelry is top notch and once you actually get it in your hands is even better. Its unexplainable the first time I wore my jewelry everybody kept asking where I purchased it from. A very pleased customer.

The refund is in the process of being awarded to me and the staff there at FrostNYC are understanding forgiving honest real and generous with their real products not immigration. The refund was for a silver gold bonded chain that broke. $30 just for shipping. They ship only with ***** cause it's valuable and real precious metals. Had my broken chain fixed for $25 at home. Outrageous repair fee though.
