I will say this when I bought my chains initially from them I was happy I got what I paid for a 28 inch 21 g white gold chain for myself and a 20 inch 7 g white gold chain for my wife. When you buy the chain they say lifetime warranty repairs replacement all this other stuff that's all lies what they do do is steal from you. I sent my chains out for repair with the same length and weight only to receive both my chains back missing an inch of chain and a gram of weight missing. Customer sent 2 items for repair, and one of the chains came out shorter due to the fact the link was defective, We do not replace broken pieces. We sent the customer the item fixed and put back together. Once the customer contacted us about the size discrepancy we fixed it immediately. Recieved my 14 karat gold name ring yesterday I paid over 500 dollars for and is only worth about 240 dollars,went to 3 different jewelry store they all told me I overpaid considerably,ring is flimsy and small looking,not worth the price,ordered necklace originally which was cheap and flimsy looking so I returned,and exchanged for ring,do not order from this company over priced and quality doesnt match price learned my ****** though no more online shopping for jewelry

Comparing us to other companies that don't offer our level of service, such as our lifetime warranty and upgrade options, doesn't provide an accurate picture.In this case, we've offered to create a new ring for the customer that better suits her size preferences. She mentioned shopping without thoroughly reading the product description, including the weight and dimensions, which has led to her dissatisfaction.
I wish I wouldve read these reviews before purchasing a gold chain from them. I returned it the next day and they did not want to give me a refund, supposedly because I couldve gotten it from another store, knowing I was there less than 24 hours before.
Where to begin?! This company is FRAUD! They send out chains that a faulty and/or broken, and then they refuse to return for money back and claim its not their problem. Additionally, they claim the items are delivered when they are NOT. Read all of the reviews, and make sure you report them to ALL platforms ************** BBB, etc.) if they refuse your return.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I bought a Rolex watch from these guys online and when a I received it, it was way smaller then it looked online and it was ticking. I took the watch to a certified ***** dealer. The dealer told me that Rolex had never produced the watch and they would be unable touch it, not even to put in a new battery in. When I reached out to ForstNyc about the matter. They refused to send me a refund and tried to sale me a more expensive knockoff.
