Horrible customer service. All I wanted to do it is an exchange. My son got the wrong size. I sent six different emails and never got one response. I know the email address was legitimate because it was on my receipt and I also got it from the mother of my sons friend who has ordered there for a long time. The fact that I couldnt even get a response for an exchange is disgusting. We paid good money for this jersey and my son loves this website. But I will never shop here again. It's true if you buy 28 inches frost NYC sends you 25 inches in stead.. do Not buy. They paint there rose gold and white gold.. Scam scam

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE UR CHANCES AND ORDER FROM HERE!!! My husband placed a order from here for a Birthday gift for myself. When we received the package, the Box was tampered with. Instantly my husband ran after the ***** driver who instructed us to call frost NYC if there was a problem. After opening and reviewing our order, we only received one item and one was missing. SCAM ARTISTS. I think Frost NYC is the best jewelry store I have ever seen. Lana is amazing and always so helpful and patient with me. I was looking for a gift online and I was really having a hard time finding what I was looking for and Lana started a chat with me and omg she sent me links to everything I was looking for and I picked the chain I wanted. She made it so easy for me. Thank you Lana. You went above and beyond.

I have been shopping here for years. I always get a great product with Frost NYC. Never had any issues and everything is as described. Last item I ordered was a diamond Rolex. Very happy with it and appraised for more. Customer service is also very helpful. If you are considering buying from here, do not hesitate, you will be happy.

I’m waiting for my name plate to be made. I’m nervous reading the reviews on this. So far I am hoping I don’t have the same luck as many. I will keep the public up to date with the process. The representative told me it should take about 2-3 weeks to finish. I hope I don’t have a baby chain.
