Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE UR CHANCES AND ORDER FROM HERE!!! My husband placed a order from here for a Birthday gift for myself. When we received the package, the Box was tampered with. Instantly my husband ran after the ***** driver who instructed us to call frost NYC if there was a problem. After opening and reviewing our order, we only received one item and one was missing. SCAM ARTISTS. THEY SELL U TERRIBLE JEWELRY, THAT LOOKS MUCH BETTER ONLINE, THEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT THEY TRY AND UP SELL YOU THEY SAY OH WOW I DIDNT KNOW YOU WANTED DIAMONDS WHEN WE SAID DIAMONDS IN THE DESCRIPTION WE MEANT DIAMOND CUTS HERE SPEND 1000-2000$ MORE DOLLARS WELL GET U SOMETHING NICE. 0/1000 DONT SHOP HERE

I think Frost NYC is the best jewelry store I have ever seen. Lana is amazing and always so helpful and patient with me. I was looking for a gift online and I was really having a hard time finding what I was looking for and Lana started a chat with me and omg she sent me links to everything I was looking for and I picked the chain I wanted. She made it so easy for me. Thank you Lana. You went above and beyond.

I have been shopping here for years. I always get a great product with Frost NYC. Never had any issues and everything is as described. Last item I ordered was a diamond Rolex. Very happy with it and appraised for more. Customer service is also very helpful. If you are considering buying from here, do not hesitate, you will be happy.

I’m waiting for my name plate to be made. I’m nervous reading the reviews on this. So far I am hoping I don’t have the same luck as many. I will keep the public up to date with the process. The representative told me it should take about 2-3 weeks to finish. I hope I don’t have a baby chain.

A terrible business with liars for employees. Please don't do business with these guys because if something goes wrong (and it likely will because again dishonest employees) then you will likely have to go through a third party like your bank to resolve the issue. I ordered a chain and after waiting weeks without hearing anything I requested a refund, which I could do according to their own website. They lied and told me the money was refunded to my card and continued to do so even though the bank said this was not the case.... read more

They are an extremely frustrating company to deal with. They charge $85+/gram for 10K gold. They charge $120 for shipping, and if you’re Canadian like me you can enjoy a $275 customs fee. That’s $400 cost on top of their overpriced gold. I tried to cancel the order 2 days after I placed it and they said it was “in fulfillment” and couldn’t be cancelled. I’m going to return it of course, so there’s another additional cost for return shipping. They’ll probably charge a restocking fee, so I’m looking at being out $1000+ just fo... read more
