I wouldn't recommend this place. I bought a Rolex watch from these guys online and when a I received it, it was way smaller then it looked online and it was ticking. I took the watch to a certified ***** dealer. The dealer told me that Rolex had never produced the watch and they would be unable touch it, not even to put in a new battery in. When I reached out to ForstNyc about the matter. They refused to send me a refund and tried to sale me a more expensive knockoff.

I purchased a Mens Diamond Tennis Bracelet, and they materially misrepresented the quality of the diamonds, and become aware of it only in comparison to other diamonds I have.After sending the original bracelet back, I was sent a different bracelet that had better diamonds, but was the wrong size, so I had to send that back. I am at a loss for words. I should have read the reviews on this website before I every purchased anything from this company. I bought a chain that was too small. I tried it on once, took it off, and started a return. I was told that they were unable to ***** me a refund because the tags were not on the jewelry.. THERE WERE NO TAGS ON THE NECKLACE!! I’ve been purchasing from frost for a few years now and they have always followed through. My first purchase was an ID bracelet that I needed personalized. They were not only very accommodating but made sure I received it on time. My 2nd purchase was a customized ring. I swear to God if I would have read these reviews I wouldn't have never done business with these people.I recently bought a 20-in Cuban gold chain from frost NYC after what I received for $3,000 originally 4500 a gold chain that neither look or felt like gold. This chain was so weak I was afraid that I would break it if I unlasted to try it on. The Cuban chain was knotted up so bad .
