great products and service. i have ordered necklaces, bracelets and hoop earrings. One time one of the 3 bracelets came broke and I contacted customer service via email and they were quick to send out a replacement. I only buy my gold jewelry from Frost NYC.
Best quality pieces in the business! From gold plated pieces to their 10k and 14k pieces, all high quality!
Not pleased. My piece/charm broke in a few days. The time it took to get it and it breaking wasn't worth what I paid for it. The necklace loop broke from the charm
