I was there for a CT scan. I have really bad veins. The radiology department was nice enough to call someone from the ER over. 3 people and 2 tries later they found a vein in a unique area. The person doing the CT scan actually stood beside me with his hand on the IV site to make sure the vein did not blow. I was impressed! I've never had someone that concerned. And all the apologies I got for the time it took when it was all because of my bad veins. I 100% recommend this radiology area.
Almost all the time I get in promptly. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They introduce themselves to me, even the check-in people. I used to be with Aurora and was so very unhappy with the care and diagnoses with them. So far Froedtert has been a 180 turnaround for me.
Convenient location, seen as soon as we got there. Very friendly nursing staff and doctors! It was very clean, comfortable, and organized. We will definitely be back, if needed! My favorite urgent care by far!
Although the staff was friendly...I'm a little frustrated about my "virus" diagnosis. I went in for what I knew was a sinus infection. I get them quite a bit and had all of the same signs and symptoms. I was told it was a virus and sent home (but offered pain medication...which I declined). Well the "virus" is in fact an infection, and so bad that I needed multiple antibiotics, xrays, and a possible CT scan.
