The receptionist was great very efficient. The nurse and the practitioner were first rate and the availability of the hours is great for ppl like me who tend to wait till the last minute to be seen by a doctor.
Great staff; convenience is unbelievable, wide range of available services that aren't expected at a satellite clinic. Any time I am asked to schedule something with Froedtert, my first response is, "Can I do it at Moorland Reserve?" While already the answer is often, "Yes," that response is coming more and more frequently as they continue to expand their offerings at Moorland Reserve. Save the drive into the city. Very clean, very pleasant. Got me in and out quickly and without unnecessary fuss.
The cancer center staff are amazing always they are fast getting you going. they are very personable and friendly. The time i had to go to the urgent care was fast and they had me in and out.

Took my daughter there and they took exceptional care of her very greatfull, love Fredort hospital
There was nothing 'urgent' about this urgent care. Waited an hour to see a doctor for my 7 year old who had terrible pain in her ear. The whole time there was not one other person waiting .. it was just myself & my three daughters the whole time.
