Dr Sonnenberg in the ER is incredibly rude to her patients and truly lacks empathy I have repeatedly found her to be rude, talks down to me and others, discounted my concerns repeatedly She shouldn’t be a doctor

I received excellent care in the ER tonight - thanks to the awesome staff for being so attentive and caring!
Love this place. Have seen a specialist, had physical therapy, and had a diagnostic test done here. Much better than going to (ghetto) Froedtert hospital which is always crowded and the parking sucks. Only complaint is the restrooms need those giant TP dispensers instead of the small ones which run out fast.
