Not a very good experience at the urgent care, the RN forgot to check temperature with the vital signs, at discharge she just handed out the papers without any teaching or recommendations about diagnosis... MD did a good job!
I went to urgent care here for the first time and was so impressed that I will never go to a different place. The wait was a little long but they tell you that up front. My nurse Jeff and his assistant were great along with the doctor. Even thou I did not like the fact that they diagnosed me with the flu they did a great job coming to that conclusion.
According the Web page it stated the wait time was about 41 minutes. Believe it or not check in was probably the longest wait we were in and out for my son & myself to be checked out in 40 minutes. I thought it was probably no different than going to an appointment.
